Six Sigma Green Belt

 
Green Belts are typically part-time resources for Six Sigma projects, they assist Black Belts in projects. They may also take up Green Belt projects independently

A Six Sigma Green belt is a member of the organization who would:

a) Assist black belts in their functional area.
b) A Part-time resource assigned to specific projects. (About 25-40% Time.)
c) Helps in collecting data, run experiments, or conduct other important tasks in a project.

To achieve this certification from QAI, a participant must:

  • Attend the complete 5-day Six Sigma Green Training conducted by QAI.
  • Pass the Green Belt Examination of QAI.
  • Complete at least 2 successful Green Belt Projects which show business impact as desired by the company.
