Nigel Penny is a recognized global leader in the development and delivery of strategy consulting services.
Nigel has close to thirty years of international experience implementing strategy and performance management solutions.
Between 1996 and 2002, he worked closely with David Norton and Bob Kaplan, the co-founders of the Balanced Scorecard approach, and was Vice President of the Asia practice of Balanced Scorecard Collaborative. Nigel was previously partner in charge of KPMG’s performance management practice in Australia, and a member of their team developing global methodologies for Balanced Scorecard development and implementation techniques.
Nigel has developed strategy and performance measurement approaches in food, manufacturing, financial services, retail, and utility industries and has worked in UK, USA, Europe and Asia. He consults extensively to major regional private sector organizations including Tata Group (India), Godrej Appliances (India) MediaCorp (Singapore), Johnson Electric (Hong Kong), and Telekom Malaysia. Specifically Nigel’s clients within Tata have included Tata Chemicals, North Delhi Power, Serwizsol, Tata Technologies and Tata Autoplastics.

Rajesh Naik has more than 24 years of software consulting experience in Software Process
Improvement, Development and Implementation of software in systems and application areas.
One of the early pioneers of the quality movement in India, Rajesh has led the process improvement journey at several leading transnational organizations, helping them develop competencies to meet global standards.
He has conducted Public Training programs on ‘Aligning Performance through Balance Score Card’ and has received excellent feedback for the same.
Rajesh is an SEI Authorized SCAMPISM - A Lead Appraiser for CMMI®, SEI Authorized Lead Assessor for People CMM®, SEI Authorized Instructor for Intro to CMMI® & SEI Authorized Team Leader for SCAMPISM – B & C
