Our role as consultant is not to do the entire project for you – such approaches invariably lead to lack of ownership and project failure!
Instead we undertake the following project roles as part of our consulting interventions:
Process master
We will help you design the end to end process in a way that maximises the liklelihood of project success through ensuring buy-in across the management
Trainer
We will provide expert knowledge transfer to project team members and wider users to ensure that you can ‘standalone’ after completion of the facilitated project
Subject expert
We will use our experiences gained in over 100 projects to lead you through the different options in content design. We will provide critical reviews of emerging outputs such as key performance indicators
Workshop facilitator
We will lead key workshops and challenge management at all levels to develop workable solutions with insightful content
Project Director
We will provide leadership throughout the programme to ensure deadlines are met
