We offer the popular PMP CTP workshop , across various domestic and international locations as per a defined schedule. This course fulfills the mandatory contact training requirement stipulated by the Project Management Institute (PMI) for the PMP aspirants.

Within each of the above areas, we highlight the linkages across various inputs, outputs, tools and techniques. We also discuss the Professional Responsibilities of the Project managers in the course.
Expounding the Knowledge Area concepts is followed by quizzes and discussions to deepen the learning of the participants. Towards the end of the course, we administer a QAI proprietary 200-question sample test, in the lines of the actual PMP examination.
Apart from covering the Knowledge Areas, we also offer elaborate tips and guidance on filling up the PMP application form, preparing and taking up the PMP examination, retaining the PMP Certification etc.
We also have an online Question Bank and Quiz for the PMP examination practice. The pattern of questions and the time durations of the Quiz are aligned to be similar to the actual PMP examination.

(PMBOK ® ) Guide – Third ( 2004) edition.
