Organizations need reassurance that the Project management processes being followed by them are capable enough to deliver.
QAI undertakes to audit the Project Management and Program Management processes followed by the organization, to ensure this assurance.
During this process, we use the industry standard brought out by the PMI, ‘OPM3 – Organisational Project Management Maturity Model’ for Program and Portfolio Management to assess the maturity of the existing processes, as a multi-step process, which is based on the ‘five-step process’ propagated by the PMI.
The assessment services provided by QAI are oriented towards process improvement – rather than imparting any certification.
