  • NASSCOM and QAI published a research report on ‘Key Operational Excellence Challenges in Indian ITES-BPO industry.’ The report deconstructs some of the Key Operational Issues facing the Indian ITES-BPO Industry and benchmarks our performance with global benchmarks, provided by over 600 COPC audited reviews in 35 countries worldwide.
  • FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry) selects to partner with QAI for offering Six Sigma services to the manufacturing, financial services, consumer goods and other sectors.
  • QAI organized the first ever SEPGSM (Software Engineering Process Group) along with the Carnegie Mellon University, USA, Strategic Human Capital Management (SEISM People CMM®) in Asia. These are now annual events by QAI with tutorials running simultaneously in India, Singapore and Thailand.
  • QAI, a vendor neutral organization, has organized the first Annual International IT Service Management Conference (itSM 2005) in India supported by itSMF (IT Service Management Forum)-UK, Parity Training (UK's No.1 IT Training provider) and BCS (British Computer Society).
  • QAI had organized the first-ever Project Management Leadership Conference in India in 2004, with support from PMI® (Project Management Institute chapters all across the world)
  • QAI is the first Indian organization to offer the full suite of ISEB (Information Systems Examination Board) Accredited ITIL Courses.
