Meet Allen J Pathmarajah
Allen J. Pathmarajah is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and Fellow of the Marketing Institute of Singapore. He is Executive Chairman of AJP Advisers Pte Ltd (Business Advisers focused on Organisational Transformation through Leadership Development, Strategic and Financial Management) and Business Thinking Systems (S) Pte Ltd (Business Coaching).
He has extensive experience in Financial Services, Industry and Management Consultancy in England, Sri Lanka, Singapore and Malaysia. He was for over 22 years with the Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Group (“OCBC”), initially for 10 years as Executive Director of Specialists Services Pte Ltd and concurrently Special Assistant to the Group Chairman. Thereafter for 12 years he was with Great Eastern Life Assurance Co Ltd as General Manager and subsequently as Managing Director until 1996. He was until recently Adjunct Professor at Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University.
Allen is Chairman and Director of several public-listed and private companies in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and India. He is and was a member of several government, professional and charitable committees. He speaks on Leadership and various management topics to business and public sectors. |
