In today’s competitive marketplace, organizations are under increasing pressure to shorten the time to market and reduce the defects in the delivery of products and services. Project Managers are seeking newer ways to resolve perennial problems related to meeting shorter delivery schedules at lower cost. | Meet Shree Phadnis |
Shree heads the Innovation practice at QAI. He has 17 years of consulting and management experience. He has been involved in consulting and training interventions in the areas of Innovation, Six Sigma and Lean. His expertise spans across industries and functional areas. He has facilitated more than 250 projects, spanning various industry segments.
Shree is India’s first ITRIZ specialist, gold medal winner from Institute of Innovative Design and MATRIZ Level 3 certified professional. He is also a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and ASQ Certified Quality Manager and Quality Engineer.
He has authored various articles on advanced topics like design for Six Sigma, deployment of Six Sigma, application of design of experiments, application of statistical thinking and is a frequent author on the premium Six Sigma web site with more than eight articles to his credit. |
