Registration Info and Fees

1. Each Pre-Conference Tutorial (November 21 - 22, 2001) 
   Half day:  
   Rs. 3500 or USD 125
   Full day:  
   Rs. 5000 or USD 150

2. Conference (November 23 - 24, 2001)
   Per Person: 
   Rs. 7500 or USD 200
   Task force of four (from same company): 
   Rs. 27000 or USD 700
   Task force of six (from same company): 
   Rs. 38000 or USD 1000

Note: Conference registration fees include the conference kit and invitation to the Gala Dinner

• For conference or tutorial registration, payment MUST accompany the registration form

• Confirmation of registrations will be subject to availability and timely receipt of payment.

• The registrations is transferable (to a colleague) but not refundable after November 01, 2001

• On-site registration on first-come-first basis, and will be accepted ONLY if seats are available.

• For all delegates, badges and delegate kits will be given at the venue.

• Cancellations received on or before November 07, 2001 will be entitled to 50% refund.

• All cancellations after this date are liable to lose the entire fee.

• For domestic payments: DD, Delhi cheque or Banker's cheque.

• For international delegates: US Dollar drafts only

• Make dratfs/cheques payable to 'QAI India (India) Limited'

• Tutorial Registration: 0900 hrs and 1300 hrs at respective sBPO for respective tutorials

• Conference Registration: 0800 hrs on November 23, 2001 at Hotel Taj Residency, Bangalore
