  Registration Policies
  • For Conference or Workshop registration, payment MUST accompany the Registration Form.
  • Confirmation of registrations will be subject to availability and timely receipt of payment.
  • For multiple nominations, take photocopy of the Registration Form.
  • The registration is transferable (to a colleague) but not refundable after January 15, 2005
  • On-site registration will be on first-come-first-served basis, and will be accepted ONLY
    if seats are available.
  • All confirmed but unpaid registrations need to pay at the Conference venue.
  • For all delegates, badges and delegate kits will be given at the venue.

  PRE PAYMENT REQUIRED!
  • All registrations to be accompanied by payment.
  • All confirmed but unpaid registrations need to pay at the Conference venue. Seats will be available on 'first come, first served' basis.

  Cancellation Policy
Cancellation received upto January 15, 2005 will be entitled to 35% refund. Cancellation after this date are liable to lose the entire fee.

  Payment
For DOMESTIC DELEGATES: Please make the Cheque/Draft in favour of "QAI India Limited", payable at New Delhi, India.
For INTERNATIONAL DELEGATES: Only US Dollar Drafts will be accepted.
  Registration Timings
Workshop Registration: 0900 hrs at respective sites.
Conference Registration: 0800 hrs on January 31, 2005 at Windsor Manor, Bangalore
