This tutorial is an effort to demystify Knowledge Management and show how KM can add value to an organization’s business performance by leveraging the intellectual capital of its people. Problems with Knowledge Management have less to do with technology than with managing people. It is typically the culture of the organization that fails its KM endeavor.
