Registration Policies

For Conference or Tutorial registration, payment MUST accompany the Registration Form.
Confirmation of registrations will be subject to availability and timely receipt of payment
For multiple nominations, take photocopy of the Registration Form.
The registration is transferable (to a colleague) but not refundable after April 26, 2004
On-site registration will be on first-come-first-served basis, and will be accepted ONLY if seats are available.
All confirmed but unpaid registrations need to pay at the Conference venue.
For all delegates, badges and delegate kits will be given at the venue.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation received upto April 26, 2004 will be entitled to 35% refund. Cancellation after this date are liable to lose the entire fee.

Registration Timings

	Tutorial Registration: 0900 hrs and 1300 hrs at respective sites.
	Conference Registration in India: 0800 hrs on May 07, 2004 at the Leela Palace, 23, Airport Road, Bangalore - 560 008.
	Conference Registration in Malaysia: 0830 hrs on May 12, 2004 at Hotel Corus, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
