Diagnostic Assessment
and Planning
To assess the current state of the processes and their
inter-linkages in the organization, identify areas of improvement
and identify the right kind of projects / areas which can benefit by
use of the Six Sigma framework. The deliverable will be a Six
Sigma Deployment Plan. This will include:

Enables organization to leverage internal resources for
Green Belt training we have a Green Belt Train the Trainer
course. The objective of this course is to prepare effective
facilitators within the organization to groom the internal
trainers.
