QAI India is interested in publishing articles which explore or relate to Innovation process on its website, www.Qaiindia.com. Particularly, we seek articles which provide specific ideas or experiences which Innovation practitioners can immediately put to use. Articles can be as technical as the subject requires, but writers should consider QAI India readers are on all experience levels. We prefer articles of moderate length and which offer graphic elements or illustrations to help make issues clearer. The decision on which publication will be made by QAI India's editors. While we do not pay for submissions, authors of articles receive the notoriety of being published on either the premier worldwide Innovation website as well as the opportunity to share their professional experience and expertise.

• Articles should be well-written, informative and directed toward action.
• Articles should focus on specifics - QAI India is for practitioners.
• Articles for QAI India.com ideally should be between 900 and 1,500 words in length. (Exceptions are allowed from time to time.)
• Articles for QAI India should be between 1,000 and 2,500 words in length.
• Articles should include, when possible, graphic elements (graphs, charts, tables, illustrations) to ensure maximum clarity.
• Articles by consultants should not reveal any named-client data without client permission.
• Articles should include a short biography of the author.
• Articles should not be vehicles for self-promotion. (Links to authors and their businesses are included in their biographies, but articles aimed at promoting products and/or businesses are not accepted.)
• Articles must be accompanied by the Author Certification statement.

• A lesson learned from a successful project or even a Innovation mistake.
• A unique way of solving a problem common to many Innovation projects.
• A surprising result obtained from a tool of Innovation
• A case study of an interesting/unique Innovation project.
• A way to improve the use of a specific Innovation tool.
• Something useful learned about deployments, team leadership, project selection or any other Innovation experience.

Authors can submit articles as Microsoft Word or text format attachments using the form below (preferred) or via email. Word documents allow the easy transmission of graphs, graphics or tables. The document, if emailed, should be sent to QAI India Submissions. Included with the document must be the author's name, email address, title of the article, and a short (30 words) professional biography. In addition, the Author Certification statement below must be included in your email. If it is not, QAI India is unable to consider your material for publication.

Author Certification: "I certify that I am the author or sole owner of the material I am submitting to QAI India. QAI India and its licensees may reproduce, distribute, publish, display, edit, modify, create derivative works and otherwise use the material for any purpose in any form and on any media. I agree to indemnify QAI India for all damages and expenses that may be incurred in connection with the material."

Authors also may use the form below to submit articles and material for consideration. Be sure to fill out all the entire form, including the Author Certification.

By submitting an article, the author gives QAI India exclusive worldwide publishing rights to the article for 30 days, beginning the first day the article is published on the website, or gives QAI India exclusive worldwide publishing rights to the article for 60 days, beginning the first day of the first month of issue for the magazine. After 30 days, QAI India.com retains non-exclusive rights to articles published on the website. After 60 days, QAI India retains non-exclusive rights to articles published in the magazine. This requirement is in addition to the author certification and other permissions provided.

I certify that I am the author or sole owner of the material I am submitting to QAI India. QAI India and its licensees may reproduce, distribute, publish, display, edit, modify, create derivative works and otherwise use the material for any purpose in any form and on any media.
